At Full Circle we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, please check our return policy below.

You must contact us at fullcircleandco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.  Items will be eligible for store credit as long as they are postmarked within 7 days of receiving the approval to return.

• Full Circle does not guarantee exchanges (due to limited availability of products) or refunds.
• Items returned are eligible for store credit only. Please respect our policy.
• All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached.  items returned with a strong odor, perfume, smoke, pet hair or deodorant will be returned to you. You will be responsible for shipping cost.
• All leggings, undergarments, including bralettes, and earrings are final sale.
• Discounted and mystery sale items are final sale.
• In the event, an item is damaged and we cannot replace the item, you can opt for a refund or store credit. Item does need to be returned to FCB for damage approval within 7 days.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for credits to process.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please contact us at fullcircleboutiques@gmail.com so we can assist you with tracking info to file a claim with USPS to locate your package.
• We reserve the right to change these policies at any time.
